Main Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup grated cheese cheddar or your choice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus in the skillet. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake until the frittata is set and the top is golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
