Apple Raisin French Toast Casserole
A delicious and easy breakfast casserole made with apples, raisins, and French toast.

Main Ingredients
- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup brown sugar
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Mix well.
Add bread cubes, apples, and raisins to the mixture. Stir until bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
