- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 2 cups Milk or water
- 1 Apple, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
- 1 pinch Salt
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk or water to a boil.
2. Stir in the oats, chopped apple, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and stir in honey or maple syrup.
5. Serve warm and enjoy!
