- 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 apples peeled and chopped
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
Sprinkle the chopped apples and brown sugar evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
