Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Meal
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for cooking

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  5. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Repeat with remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.
