Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 Eggs large
  • ¼ cup Milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  5. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
