Air Fryer Vegan Tofu and Asparagus Scramble

Main Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu firm, drained and crumbled
- 100 g Asparagus cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled tofu, asparagus pieces, olive oil, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket and spread it out evenly.
4. Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
