Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and add salt and pepper.

5. Pour the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, or until the tortilla is golden and cooked through.
