Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Cold butter, cubed
  • ¾ cup Buttermilk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add buttermilk and stir until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out the dough to about ½ inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place biscuits in the air fryer basket, making sure they don't touch.
  8. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
