Air Fryer Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Muffin Ingredients
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.75 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.33 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 large Egg
- 0.5 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Blueberries
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Line your muffin tin with muffin liners and fill each liner about ⅔ full with batter.
Place the muffin tin in the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
