Ingredients 

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Warm water

Filling Ingredients

  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 Eggs

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, olive oil, and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece into an oval shape.
  5. Mix the feta and mozzarella cheese together. Place the cheese mixture in the center of each dough oval, leaving a border.
  6. Fold the edges of the dough over the cheese to form a boat shape. Pinch the ends to seal.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and crack an egg into the center of each boat. Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, until the egg is set.
